yep been there...alawys used to do that with 24...watched it in bed when i was single living with the lads, always up till about 2-3 watching it. There's no set maximum of tabs you can have open, but each tab takes up RAM based on what kinda webpage is loaded, and how much space it takes. Most pages these days are pretty complex with ads from a variety of sources, increasing their space, as well as the ability to go back and forward very fast storing a few (not all) previous pages in the back/forward cache. The more RAM you have, the more tabs you can have open quickly. Eventually, you'll run out of RAM and so your system will start swapping things out to disk and back as necessary. How many do you have open at the moment mate ive got a brand new Vostro Dell bad boy PC...the problem is clicking on the new Tab button does nothing at all never mind not load the page....any ideas? ive tried righy clicking and selecting new tab...still nothing, even if ive only 1 current tab open....fucking long! | |

ive tried righy clicking and selecting new tab...still nothing, even if ive only 1 current tab open....fucking long!
