By the time you've built the fucking thing, it's probably ended up costing your company more than buying you a proper desk in time wasted....

You should of been doing that for years. I assume he told you that you get tax relief on whatever you contribute at your rate of tax?

No it works the other way round, if you're higher rate, you put in 20% less of what actually goes in, then claim the other 20% upon taking the pension.

main reason were doing it it because weve made high profits this year and had to pay a fucking bomb in corperation tax so are doing tjis to reduce our profits. joke really, the more successful your company is the more you get cunted by the tax man!
