"The draw has been leaked and is going to happen"

If you can point me in the direction of this i'll accept your point. But it's not a case of someone just saying "I think this will be the draw" and everyone saying "Oh my God you're right! It's fixed!"

Someone said it was leaked and a fix, and then it happened. It wasn't simply a prediction.
