I know we have to maintain relationships and stuff but i'd release a statement saying

'Fabregas is an Arsenal player. He's contracted to Arsenal until 2014 and for this reason we're not obliged to sell him until that date.

We appreciate that Fabregas would like to join Barcelona later in his career but if all this talk continues with a different Barca player begging for him then we will take a stand and keep him at Arsenal until his contract is over. After all, that’s how long he signed for. We will not be selling him this summer or next summer, that much I can tell you for sure.
