if its a cracked screen you can claim for accidental damage and pay 50 quid excess for a new one or you can get it fixed for 30-40 quid...google i phone repairs

Think you need to phone up to get it cancelled. If you lost it they will have to cancel the sim no doubt, also might have to get a police report.
Not sure though, mines has a cracked screen and reckon i should get it fixed.
