They'd make more if it was decriminalised. They could actually sell it and tax it.

All drugs are decriminalised in Portugal and in 2010 from crime rate figures Portugal is the 14th most peaceful country in the world.

Got in there and got on with it. Then notcied that the little window was open, pissing down outside and it was coming through the window and hitting me on the back. Could not get up to shut window as would have been a disaster! Then noticed there was minimal toilet paper. Had to use and fold, use again.
