Apparently before he went to Japan he was a mental manager, screaming and shouting. When he went to Japan no-one did that and players didn't respond to it.

Thats what im meaning, the players are used to him being calm but when he hits the roof they realise he's not happy and better pull the finger out.

Whereas united players probably think, Ferguson is shouting, same old same old
