Worst seats are in the front rows of the lower tier. In fact at Highbury, most of the lower tiers East and West were shit. In the front rows, you can't even see the ball when it is on the opposite touchline. But, I once had tickets in the East Lower, in the very front row. They were great. You could actually hear the players chatting during the warm up and when the subs were running up and down. Shit view though, especially when you had a sub standing right in front of you.

My favourite seats in the lower tier just above and to the side of the goal, or the upper tier, as close to the front as possible.
