I had an accident in the gym last night. I was in the sauna and my foot stepped onto something sharp. Pulled it out of my foot thinking it was nothing and a few seconds later there was blood pouring onto the floor of the sauna! Bit embarrassing as there was people in there at the time
Got out and had a look at my foot and most of it had gone red

Had to get it cleaned up and fill in an accident report

dont know exactly, thought it was glass but it was a bit softer than that. It didnt go right the way in my foot though. Do you think i need a tetanus shot?

If you are not up to date already then yes, you cn never be to sure

Especially seeing as it was in a public place. you never know how clean anything is. although a local gp can do the shot
