Now i think we can cope with out Fabregas by slotting Nasri in his role but bit concerned about RVP being missing to be honest. Chamakh? Yeah, hes looked good in pre season but still unproven in the prem.
at least we have arshavin who has a good record at Anal-field.
Just who to play off them: wilshire, vela, walcott or rosicky. Quite a few options there
If there is no Cesc and RVP, I'd go for:
Almunia
Sagna, Verm, Kosc, Clichy
Nasri, Song, Wilshere / Diaby
Rosicky, Chamakh, Arsh
Got to have theo in there.
Why? He's a waste of space. I have a feeling he may have a decent season this year, looked decent in pre season although i heard he was shit against warsaw
He's been shit in every game I've seen him pre-season.
This is Theo's season. I hope so, but quite simply, no.

Arshavin had a shit season last year but i dont see any critisism of him Funilly enough, I'm not a fan of his either. I think he is a luxury that we can't afford. Turns it on 1 in 5 games at best. All joking apart, I really do think that Theo is running out of time to prove himself. Yes, he's had a lot of problems with injuries (not his fault), but I think his decision making is suspect. I normally have a lot of patience for players, especially young ones (fucking hell, I still like Denilson and to a lesser degree Almunia), but I've watched a lot of football and don't think Theo has enough to cut it at The Arsenal.

You didnt think he was good against celtic? Set up two goals made some good runs. What more do you want from him then? To start thinking and making some correct decisions.
Surely setting up two goals is making the correct decision?
Did you watch the game? & the rest of the games he has played this pre-season / last season / the season before?
but he scored a hat trick for England 3 years ago!!
How could I forget?
Oh and he's only young.
& he's being played out of position.
Yeah. Right. Fucking hell, has theo raped your kids or something? You dont half bang on and critise him all the time
Arshavin had a shit season last year but i dont see any critisism of him
Funilly enough, I'm not a fan of his either.
I do agree this is a big season for theo, if he doesnt produce this season then even my defense of him will start to crumble very quickly

i would start with kos although i would prefer another more experienced defender in there
we will see if hes any good on Sunday i guess He's looked good when I've seen him in pre-season, but until the chips are down, we won't really know. But then Verm was in the same boat last year and he turned out alright.
