It makes me think that to play for your national side you should have to play in a semi-professional league at least. Most of these guys were mechanics or fitness instructers and the ammount of late tackles were ridiculous, not to mention the ref was ajoke.

If you can, get a pencil, and it has to be a pencil. put it across your mouth and bite down on it with your back teeth.

If it's a tension headache then doing that for about 30-45 seconds may help relax the muscles and dull the pain a little bit.

No. Unfortunately I can't. Don't know what a 'hip toss is. But I can probably pull it off after seeing it in action just once. Armbar is a piece of cake. Execute it regularly on females who have offended me.

Yeah, just tried to find a video but cant find it anywhere, this was a proper leg break tackle, ball no-where to be seen and our keeper gets booked whilst the guy who made the tackle runs off.
