Does anyone here get Sleep Paralysis? I remember Percy mentioning it a couple weeks ago, been getting it more and more frequently, scares the fucking shit out of me.

Technically you're still asleep, but you know you're awake, if you know what I mean? Usually relates to a bad dream, and you experience a couple of minutes of paralysis.

Never happened to me. But it reoccurring can't be a good sign. Hopefully it will get worse. And you'll die during a wet dream or something.

I try to roll over although it usually doesnt work so i then just try to focus on moving my arm. sometimes works and then i find i can just about move the rest of myself!
Its one of the worst experiences you can have though. Very nasty
