Not this week. I've had a massive red bull, and it's had absolutely no effect. I need to start going to bed at 10:30.

The last bit of number 10 made me laugh, is it the photos or are they ininuating something Else about Cashley and his Nokia Can't get the article. Can anyone paste it? It's me life story, pet, by Cheryl Cole (as imagined by Fiona Looney) By Fiona Looney Last updated at 7:28 AM on 5th October 2010 * Comments (69) * Add to My Stories Choosing the pictures for me new book was the greatest challenge of me life ever. I wanted pictures that spoke more than words; I wanted pictures that would stay in the mind’s eye even after yer closed your eyes —a bit like an old telly. But mostly, for me book Through My Eyes, I wanted pictures with me in them. So that’s what I chose, like. Loads and loads of Âpictures of me. Pictures of me in canny frocks and canny shoes, Âpictures of me in stage gear, pictures of me in me private jet and pictures of me in me cars. I can’t believe hoo famous I’ve become. I hope you enjoy reading about me Âamazing life . . . Cheryl Cole aged 7 1. STARS IN ME EYES: For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to be on stage. Even as a little 'un, doin' me dancing, I'd dream of being a star. And it wasn't easy, 'cos we were dead poor, growing up on a council estate in Newcastle. Me brother Andrew was a reet handful and liked to sniff glue. It was a nightmare - me false eyelashes weren't safe with him around Cheryl Tweedy aged 8 2. I'M TUTU CUTE: Ordinary school was never for me. I got into the Royal Ballet summer school when I was nine, and after that I was totally focused on me dancing and that, so normal lessons weren't very important to me. I'll admit that I was suspended from school a couple of times, but only 'cos I had no creative outlet for me talents. I left at 16 with no GCSEs. Who'd have thought I'd go on to be a super-famous singer and author? Cheryl Cole at Popstars: The Rivals 3. ME BIG BREAK: I was 19 when - Popstars: The Rivals came along, and from the beginning me star quality shone through. That old bloke Pete Waterman, he was a reet pet, telling me I was gorgeous, like, and I'd lovely eyes - which I actually already knew on account of me Âwinning two Bonny Babies Âcontests, Most Attractive Girl At The Metrocentre and Best Looking Girl Of NewÂcastle, which, as you can imagine, is dead competitive, like Girls Aloud 4. WHEN WE WERE BEST PALS: Anyways, as part of Popstars: The Rivals, me and some other girls got put in this band called Girls Aloud and got a record contract with that Louis Walsh as our manager. It meant I was able to give up me job as a waitress. So now, as a judge on The X Factor, when I see all them girls who are holding down boring jobs at call centres and the like but want to follow their dream of Âstardom, I can really identify with them. The only difference is that most of them will end up back at the call centre rather than dead famous like me Girls Aloud 5. WHAY AYE! WE'RE ON THE LADDER NOW: Being in Girls Aloud were fantastic. People wrote us off after the first single, but in seven years we've had 15 Top Five singles, which is, like, loads! People say we didn't get on, but that weren't true. I'm great friends with Kimberley, Nicola and the other one. And I wish Nadine all the luck in the world with her solo album - if she ever manages to get it out. I do miss the fun we had on tour, though, 'cos we used to be always, like, spraying hairspray and having amazing experiences and that. We haven't split up, it's just that I'm more famous than them now and I don't need them any more Sophie Amoj Amogbokpa 6. ME BIGGEST FIGHT: I hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons in 2003, when I had a bit of a dust-up with a lavvie attendant in a club in Surrey. She, like, had a proper go at me and so I smacked her one. That's what me brothers always taught me to do -  and one of them even went to jail because of his strong belief in the right to deck anyone who gives you gyp. And one day I'll teach me own kiddies the same thing. And I'll plant anyone who says otherwise. Anyway, the lavvie attendant said that I racially abused her which was, like, ridiculous and the court agreed on that bit, though they did do us for ABH. I'm no racist. Just a bit violent Ashley and Cheryl Cole 7. 'OOT ON THE TOON WITH ASH, ME PETAL: It's very difficult for me now to write about Ashley Cole, which is why I've managed to get through me whole book without mentioning him once. I started dating him in 2004, before he was a famous Chelsea footballer. He was just an ordinary bloke, playing for Arsenal. He was an absolute sweetheart back then, and we were just like any other young couple: madly in love and doing ordinary things like negotiating six-figure magazine deals Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole 8. I'M REET POSH, ME: I went to the World Cup in ÂGermany with Ashley in 2006 and it were proper crazy, with the press following us all over. That was a real education for me, 'cos it was the first time that I saw how powerful a footballer's wife could be. Vicky Beckham was there - she's an absolute sweetheart - and the paparazzi were falling over to snap her. A week later I married Ashley in Barnet, which, I have to say, I regret now 'cos I'm fairly certain OK! would have flown us to the Bahamas if only we'd asked Cheryl and Ashley Cole 9. HE'S HAD IT WHEN WE GET HOME: It's real painful for me to write about the break-up of me marriage, so I'm not going to. All I'll say is that when it were all over the papers that Ashley had had a one-night stand with a hairdresser, I thought it was the most humiliated I could ever be. Then I found out pictures of him in just his trollies had been sent from his mobile to these lasses. It was disgustin', man. He denied it - said he'd passed on the phone to someone else and forgotten to delete the photos. He's good at passing Cheryl Cole 10. TALK TO THE HAND, MAN! We did try to make a go of it, for the sake of the dogs, and I even went on the Twitter with me wedding ring showing, right obvious, like. But in the end, I just couldn't be with a man who didn't respect me and who was for ever disappearing into the bathroom with his mobile phone Cheryl Cole 11. I'M BETTER ON ME TOD: I always wanted to be a solo singer, and it all happened for me last year when I launched me first solo single on The X Factor in a pair of broken trousers and a military top wi' me medals on show. The song was called Fight For This Love, and Âfightin' is very close to me heart, like. Me solo album, called 3 Words, went to No 1 as well. A lot of people thought it was about Ashley, but it wasn't. If it had been, it would have been called 2 Words X Factor 12. GET ME, I'M A JUDGE, LIKE: Being a judge on The X Factor has been the most amazing experience ever of me life ever. Being able to tell other people they can't sing when I can barely hold a toon meself is amazing. I missed the auditions this year because I was, like, dying of malaria and stuff, but I'm better now and I'm really looking forward to the live shows and one of my lasses winning. I've won the last two years running and I'm not letting that Dannii steal me thunder! Cheryl Cole on Hello! 13. CHECK ME OOT!: I'm so in demand it's not true. I've a new solo album coming down the pipes - that'll be two to Nadine's zero - and I'll be back touring after that and being on loads of magazine covers like Vurg and HELLO!, in which I'll be revealing how I'm rebuilding me life after me difficult year. But, unlike me hair, I'm trying to keep it real Cheryl Cole and X Factor contestants 14. THEY'LL NEVER TAKE ME CROWN: Choosing me final three top lasses for The X Factor live shows was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in me life - apart from sudoku. Unlike the other three judges, I know exactly how these girls are feeling, 'cos that was me up there once on Âreality teevee. When I think about the amazing experiences I've had since then, it feels unreal - so I pinch meself. But it really hurts because it IS real. I'm 'Cheryl Cole: superstar'!

Right, FIFA 10, you know when you create a player and put him in your squad in Manager mode, how does he get better? I'm 20 games into a season and my player hasn't got any better.

oNly ever play ranked online games vs other people....playing the computer is dull as fuck i think I play ranked games online but have to do it between Midnight and 6pm as my ISP throttle my speed due to excessive use, so can only really do it at the weekends and am normally pissed
ha ha....excessive internet use eh....i wonder why that is!!?
yep i also play when pissed too much if the missus is out and im having a few beers indoors....not the way forward, it basically turns you into a gaming spastic....all about a bit of puff for computer games.. The excessive useage was downloading the entire 2nd series of dexter in one night and playing on Xbox live, plus a little bit of porn

Forces you to focus alot more on passing instead on getting the ball and driving down the wing with one fast player. just annoying playing the com...they are too regimental, football games are all about multi player since day 1! i bet id give you a beating anyways mr expert!
