Was in bed by 12.30 last night but was reading,didn't get to sleep untill about 2 am then as I said earlier some cunt of a lorry driver got lost and turned into our estate of cul de sacs and got stuck at about 4.30 and woke me up and could not get back to sleep due to the Mrs snoring

Choosing the pictures for me new book was the greatest challenge of me life ever. I wanted pictures that spoke more than words; I wanted pictures that would stay in the mind’s eye even after yer closed your eyes —a bit like an old telly.

But mostly, for me book Through My Eyes, I wanted pictures with me in them. So that’s what I chose, like. Loads and loads of ­pictures of me.

Pictures of me in canny frocks and canny shoes, ­pictures of me in stage gear, pictures of me in me private jet and pictures of me in me cars.

So now, as a judge on The X Factor, when I see all them girls who are holding down boring jobs at call centres and the like but want to follow their dream of ­stardom, I can really identify with them. The only difference is that most of them will end up back at the call centre rather than dead famous like me

5. WHAY AYE! WE'RE ON THE LADDER NOW: Being in Girls Aloud were fantastic. People wrote us off after the first single, but in seven years we've had 15 Top Five singles, which is, like, loads! People say we didn't get on, but that weren't true. I'm great friends with Kimberley, Nicola and the other one. And I wish Nadine all the luck in the world with her solo album - if she ever manages to get it out. I do miss the fun we had on tour, though, 'cos we used to be always, like, spraying hairspray and having amazing experiences and that. Be A Pro, never put the player in the Manager mode team as I am playing as the Mighty Cobblers and have won every single title, Even the premier League (5 times)

I play ranked games online but have to do it between Midnight and 6pm as my ISP throttle my speed due to excessive use, so can only really do it at the weekends and am normally pissed

Will be if your playing on easy. Stick it on legendary and there you go. Forces you to focus alot more on passing instead on getting the ball and driving down the wing with one fast player.

my internet is with Sky and the cunts just put you up to the dearer pacakge if you over use....was dowloading untold songs a while back and i have to pay like 15 quid a month now...used to be free at first....robbing cunts!
