I always do, and when people ask how much i earn or what my bonus is like. For a start i fucking hate talking baout that sort of thing anyway but the thing is, i can settle claims up to £100,000 or write a policy with exposure up to £1,000,000. you're probably responsible for the same if not higher figues day in, day out so what we earn is a fucking tiny fraction compared to what we're responsible for.

It's not exactly hard to get a PHD if you have a good degree, as long as you can afford the extra costs in doing it. I had the choice to do it, but chose not to, as I had to start earning properly to pay off my student loans. OK, I could have done it part-time, but that is just a pain in the fucking arse.
