My greatest ever modern (George Graham management onwards) Arsenal players:
1) Bergkamp 2) Adams (plus in some degree the entire back 5 of that era) 3) Henry 4) Pires 5) Wright 6) Seaman 7) Vieira Cesc 9) Merson 10) Petit / Overmars / Marwood
Swap Vieira and wright positions..........special mention to anders limpar!
You are probably correct. We are talking Ian though not Richard?
... and Aberdeen also has a point about Limpar, but not sure he was quite as good as Cesc. Plus he only really had 1 good season?
Take it you mean overmars. Had one great season in 97/98.......Did not stay long enough to be higher than cesc. Also, Cesc is a better player.

Petit? Lehmnan A.Cole! Adebayor!!
Petit was on the original list (see above) Lehmann - No. I'd have Lukic above him. Cole - I have added as a notable above. Ade - Fuck off. Wiltord / Kanu / jeffers were better than him.

Ade was only messing with that one...Wiltord and Kanu better, Jeffers? no chance!
No...they voted Vermailen above Cesc as Player of the Year!
Close call, both played well but i probably wold have gone Vermalen as it was his first season in the league and he was top scoring deffender in the league, had he not been injured towards the end of the season we could have nicked 2nd or even 1st
