Not a great increase. But they're taking a risk by taking me on (i'm well underexperienced for it- and far too young) so i couldnt really push for too much. But its the opportunity more than anything.

Not really because its Reinsurance (insuring insurance companies) broking so the business tends to come to us rather than us having to look for it.

And i'll still be able to come on here at lunchtimes... and after friday lunchtime drinking sessions...
